You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or similar commercial roles.
  • Proven experience executing structured outbound and inbound qualification processes.
  • Strong ability to conduct virtual discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
  • Proficiency using HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
  • Experience leveraging Power BI or similar tools for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting proposal development and early-stage sales documentation.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification is highly desirable.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified pipeline through digital outreach, high-volume prospecting, and structured sales cadences.
  • Own early-stage qualification by conducting discovery calls and validating technical fit, urgency, and alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot to support reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Engage inbound leads quickly to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve prospect experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architecture for technical alignment and Sales Operations for reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure smooth and well-documented handoffs to Sales Account Executives.
  • Support proposal development and maintain accurate opportunity documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes and pipeline generation activities.
