You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or similar commercial roles.
- Proven experience executing structured outbound and inbound qualification processes.
- Strong ability to conduct virtual discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
- Proficiency using HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
- Experience leveraging Power BI or similar tools for reporting and performance tracking.
- Experience supporting proposal development and early-stage sales documentation.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification is highly desirable.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified pipeline through digital outreach, high-volume prospecting, and structured sales cadences.
- Own early-stage qualification by conducting discovery calls and validating technical fit, urgency, and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot to support reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Engage inbound leads quickly to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve prospect experience.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architecture for technical alignment and Sales Operations for reporting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure smooth and well-documented handoffs to Sales Account Executives.
- Support proposal development and maintain accurate opportunity documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes and pipeline generation activities.
