Note: This position is offered under a contractor model for a period of 3 months.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Strong experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation.
• Experience integrating and migrating data between different database engines and platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Experience working with analytical platforms and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for automation and data processing.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, consistency, and integrity principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data migration processes across multiple data sources and platforms.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Transform, cleanse, and standardize data from multiple systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and reliability across environments.
• Integrate data with analytical platforms and AI-driven components.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable data models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support data modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to establishing data governance and best practices.
• Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives through high-quality datasets.
