You are a Transformation Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring software releases transition successfully from deployment to stable production. You enjoy analyzing production behavior, identifying technical issues, and collaborating with Development, QA, and Support teams to improve product quality and user adoption.

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong troubleshooting mindset. You are passionate about monitoring production performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring software releases meet quality standards while minimizing production incidents.

Note: This is a temporary 6-month opportunity.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, QA, or L2/L3 Technical Support.
  • Experience monitoring production applications and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, monitoring, or logging tools.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to interpret application behavior, logs, and production metrics.
  • Experience documenting technical findings and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize critical issues, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Monitor software releases throughout the warranty window and post-release stabilization period.
  • Analyze production logs, support tickets, and usage metrics to identify technical issues and adoption risks.
  • Validate that released features perform as expected in production environments.
  • Compare production behavior against expected functionality to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document technical findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve future releases.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in Support Intelligence Reviews by providing insights into production performance and technical trends.
  • Track the effectiveness of corrective actions by monitoring incident and ticket reduction over time.
  • Support operational metrics by analyzing production incidents, ticket trends, and resolution times.
  • Escalate critical production issues when releases do not meet established quality or operational standards.
