You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement or Business Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping, business process modeling, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency using process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Experience applying root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Familiarity with Change Management principles and process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organization.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured improvement initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and promote operational best practices.
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Monitor process performance and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Document processes, workflows, and improvement recommendations to support organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
