ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$82,000 - $90,000 annually, DOE
JOB SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Loveland, CO, you will:
- Drive stabilization and flow‑improvement initiatives across production operations
- Support production teams by resolving issues and implementing process changes
- Document manufacturing processes for electrical and metal‑fabrication equipment
- Ensure efficient production flow, quality adherence, and optimal resource utilization
- Provide line support for system controls and electrical manufacturing activities
- Optimize equipment performance to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and throughput
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and manufacturing documentation
- Collaborate with quality teams on control plans, inspection methods, and testing protocols
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective process improvements
- Maintain a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and process optimization
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, and the surrounding metro areas
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (required)
- Proven experience with electro-mechanical products and processes
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S to drive efficiency and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
