Reporting to our Fargo,  ND office, we welcome candidates from the Fargo-Moorhead metro and beyond to apply.

ESTIMATED PAY RANGE

$45,000 - $60,000, DOE

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Associate in Fargo, you will:

  • Manage inventory for prototype and test machinery and related components
  • Pick and stage parts for builds, tests, and ongoing development work
  • Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout to support quick retrieval and accurate inventory control
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the appropriate teams
  • Work closely with the test team to ensure warehouse support aligns with project timelines and priorities
  • Perform general warehouse duties including labeling, stocking, and material handling
  • Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes and organization
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
  • Contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Horace, Moorhead, and Dilworth, and the greater Fargo-Moorhead metro
  • Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Comfortable working independently and staying focused on task completion
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly
  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience is beneficial
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
