We are seeking an Accounting Administrative professional to join our Finance and Administration team at Applus+ IDIADA on a TEMPORARY basis. This role will be part of our accounting department, supporting day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on customer accounts, billing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record customer invoices in our ERP system (SAP)
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice issuance and payment tracking
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections
- Perform administrative tasks specific to the accounting department, particularly related to customer billing cycles
- Coordinate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Support the team with general accounting operations and documentation management
