Job Overview
- Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment.
- Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc.
- Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones.
- Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
- Well versed in Vehicle Test Management ( Component , Subsystem , Module & Vehicle Level )
- Exposure to Product development stages
- Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients.
- Awareness/exposure of Industry 4.0 / Industry X.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Very good communication skill.
