Production Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Evia, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to join their team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of the production program and implement corrective actions when required.

• Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of products.
• Working closely with production planning to schedule production activities, managing workflow, and addressing any production-related issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and recommend improvements related to working conditions, functionality, ergonomics, and performance within the assigned departments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and operating instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Recommend modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems and processes in order to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in most preferably in Manufacturing/Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic University.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment (ideally in FMCG industry).
• Very good leadership and organization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.
• Results-driven, proactive, and action-oriented mindset.
