Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Appnovation, you will lead cross-functional teams in the consulting, design, development, training, and support of digital transformation and digital marketing solutions for clients around the world.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a trusted delivery leader — passionate about digital technology, confident engaging with senior clients, and recognized for successfully leading complex projects from initiation through delivery.

You bring:

• 6–8+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment, with demonstrated ownership of large, client-facing programs, teams, and budgets.

• Proven experience leading Release Management in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.

• The ability to operate effectively across multiple projects and environments while maintaining high delivery standards.

• A strong background in website and mobile application development projects, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery tools, using data and reporting to drive transparency and decision-making.

• A commitment to transparency, clear communication, and collaboration — modeling these behaviors for teams and clients alike.

• Confidence partnering with clients to understand business objectives, translate requirements, manage expectations, and navigate complex delivery discussions.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to communicate risks, trade-offs, and project status clearly at all levels.

• A strong understanding of client business needs and the ability to translate them for both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• A process-driven yet adaptable mindset, tailoring methodologies based on project needs, team maturity, and client context.

• Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, decision-making, and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

• The ability to mentor and guide Project Managers and Delivery team members, contributing to overall team growth and delivery excellence.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers, and client representatives to define direction, approach, and requirements across discovery, design, and execution.

• Participate in the pre-sales process, including opportunity management and leading responses to RFPs and estimates.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within or under approved parameters.

• Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.

• Develop project schedules, detailed project plans, scope statements, and stage-based status reports.

• Estimate and track project costs, develop resource plans, and proactively assess risks and potential issues.

• Build and grow long-term client relationships while identifying additional opportunities across accounts.

• Provide guidance and leadership to project team members and the broader Delivery team.

• Identify and recommend continuous improvements to project delivery processes.
