- Lead qualitative research to improve activation and conversion across the trial-to-paid journey
- Conduct customer interviews using JTBD methodology to understand motivations and adoption patterns
- Develop actionable behavioral segments based on customer journeys and desired outcomes
- Analyze conversion funnels and user cohorts in Amplitude to identify opportunities and friction points
- Present insights to Product, Marketing, and leadership in decision-ready formats
PLG Campaign Execution (30-40%)
- Execute and manage in-app campaigns for product communications (feature announcements, onboarding flows, beta invitations, surveys, etc.)
- Handle campaign setup, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking
- Write customer-facing copy that drives engagement and activation
- Collaborate with PLG Manager and Product Marketing on messaging strategy and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing to validate messaging and positioning
- Build continuous feedback loops that translate insights into prioritized opportunities
- Support the wider Product team with messaging capacity as needed
