Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in the Construction, Contracting, and Facilities Industries to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, from initiation through to completion, while working closely with clients, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Leading project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
- Overseeing the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Preparing project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Establishing effective relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction, contracting, or facilities industries
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry
- Should have experience in building villa hotels
- Minimum 8 Years in GCC Market
- Candidates with Hotel/Resorts Projects experience is added advantage.
- Must have degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
