What you’ll do
As our System Administrator and Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the backbone of Arago’s technical environment. Y ou will bridge the gap between day-to-day IT excellence and high-level infrastructure projects. From ensuring our elite engineering team is unblocked to deploying our first cloud-based prototypes, you will own the reliability and scalability of our internal systems.
Responsibilities
Cloud Prototyping: Maintenance and monitoring of our Beta Cloud Service, enabling external partner access to Arago’s prototype technology.
Hardware Sourcing: Sourcing and physical installation of new machines, including Storage, High-Performance Compute , and Networking gear.
Systems Monitoring: Architect and maintain robust monitoring for all internal servers and services to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Tooling Projects: Own and execute general tooling initiatives that improve company-wide engineering productivity.
Onboarding Excellence: Own the end-to-end IT onboarding process, including workstation/laptop provisioning (macOS/Windows/Linux) and automated account management.
Live Support: Provide high-touch helpdesk support during core working hours for both the Arcueil-based office and our remote team members .
Provider Relations: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors, including ISPs, software tooling, and specialized license providers (EDA/CAD).
Asset Management: Manage hardware and software inventories, ensuring we are always ahead of our scaling needs.
