Job Overview
- Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
- Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel
- Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities
- Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project
- Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
- Build and Manage effective Construction teams
- Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules
- Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
- Manage the RFI and change order process in the field
- Assist with the preparation of change orders
- Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activities
