Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled OpenText Consultant with strong experience in OpenText Cloud and SAP-integrated environments. This role requires expertise in understanding business requirements, supporting end-to-end implementations, and ensuring high-quality testing and delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of functional understanding, integration exposure, and project lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and analyse requirements, translating them into effective OpenText solutions
- Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Support integration of OpenText solutions with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, etc
- Drive and support, integration testing activities (SIT/UAT) to ensure solution quality and business alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical and BASIS consultants
- Provide issue resolution and production support to ensure system stability
- Maintain project documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with OpenText solutions
- Strong exposure to OpenText Cloud platform and implementations
- Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
- Good understanding of business processes and document management workflows
- Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and validation
- Exposure to SAP-integrated environments (S/4HANA or ECC)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Mandatory Qualifications
- OpenText Cloud Certification – Candidates must be certified and authorized to work on OpenText Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with handling Archived data in OpenText
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
- Experience in SAP + OpenText integration landscapes
- Experience working in global or multi-country project environments
