Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant – SAP IBP Functional with a strong focus on Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP IBP modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end demand planning solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations and enhancements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to demand planning processes
- Design and configure IBP Demand Planning solutions including:
- Forecasting models
- Demand sensing
- Statistical forecasting
- Consensus demand planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply planning, S&OP, and IT
- Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment support
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules (ECC/S4HANA, APO, etc.)
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain modules with at least 3+ years in SAP IBP
- Strong expertise in IBP Demand Planning module
- Experience with:
- Forecasting techniques and models
- Demand planning business processes
- Excel integration and IBP add-in
- Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations
- Good understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in other IBP modules (Supply Planning, S&OP)
- SAP IBP certification
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
- Knowledge of CPI-DS or other integration tools
