Your Internship Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Intern Service & Allocations EMEA, you will support the EMEA Service & Allocations Teams in different operational tasks and strategic initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to elevate your early career path by learning the inner workings of a fast-growing global sports apparel company, through hands-on experience with colleagues across multiple departments, as well as with external partners and guests throughout the region.
The Intern, Service & Allocations EMEA role is part of the Arc’teryx EMEA Service & Allocations team, reporting directly into the Senior Manager Service EMEA, and supporting the rest of the Service & Allocation team.
The position is only open as a mandatory internship position in Germany, and the candidate must be working on-site in our Garching office (near Munich), with possibility for remote work up to 2 days per week. The internship is for 6 months with a starting date in September 2026. Candidates must have the right to work in Germany.

If you were a Service & Allocations Intern now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- You support the Wholesales Service & Allocations team in their daily operations tasks
- You create weekly reports and update databases
- You are sending out communications and updates to the customers
- You action orderbook updates in the system
- You review Delivery & Transportation reports and take action where needed
- You execute orderbook audits
- You assist the team in maintaining the returns files
- You assist with preparation of management reports and historical re-caps to analyze and communicate business performance
- You support the execution of the weekly replenishments for the EMEA brand store fleet
- You create ad-hoc reports for stakeholders as required
- You coordinate with the Distribution Center to ensure orders are shipped correctly and on-time
- You work with the Warehousing team to ensure customer-specific requirements and value-added services are executed
- You action Consolidations from Retail brand stores as required
- You help prepare and deliver the peak season strategy
- You execute the product seeding strategy by allocating and shipping products to selected stores from the fleet

Are you our next Intern Service & Allocations EMEA?
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's program, studying marketing, business, fashion, or other fields relevant to the position, and must complete a mandatory internship as part of your degree.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are determined, diligent, pro-active, attentive and energetic
- You thrive in a fast moving, multi-project work environment
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You have knowledge of the sports apparel industry, ideally also of Arc’teryx
- You have experience working with the Office pack.
- You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
- Experience such as a first internship and/or relevant extracurricular activities is a plus.
