Supporting one of our Executive in EMEA you’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management. The leader you support is set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approaches. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate is located in the greater Munich area or in any Arc’teryx major European hubs. This is a hybrid role which offers the flexibility to work within our regional offices within EMEA but will be primarily remote. Travel may be required.

You will be working directly with the EMEA leadership team. You will partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our Executive team across the business.

Meet Your Future Team:

You will be working directly with the EMEA leadership team. You will partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our Executive team across the business.  

If you were an Executive Assistant – EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support with scheduling and calendar management
  • Organizing international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Developing agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
  • Drafting email correspondence and maintaining an organized inbox
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment across cross functional teams throughout EMEA

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Working towards your own professional development goals based on your areas of interest in the business  
  • Building monthly presentations to support regional strategy
  • Setting agendas, working with relevant teams to ensure design needs are met
  • Working cross functionally and collaborating to ensure both physical and digital meetings run smoothly
  • Spearhead the Live It culture and set up activities and outings for the community

Are you our next Executive Assistant – EMEA?

  • You have 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience and are looking to grow your career as an EA
  • You’re a whiz with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumen
  • You have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi-tasking and juggling competing priorities
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • You know how to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule: pre-reads, agendas and following up on action items are second nature to you
  • You speak fluently German and English. Speaking French is a plus.
  • You’re not afraid of meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization
  • You have a not-so-secret skill as a travel agent and are able to manage complex international multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
  • You are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global business
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
