The Argent Biodiesel production will be further expanded in the coming years through the construction of a new production plant at our location in Amsterdam. As a result, the operations planning team needs an additional:
Operations Planner
Fulltime based in Amsterdam
Main purpose of the job:
Anticipate, monitor, and maintain inventory levels across the production units and storage locations. Ensure the efficient utilisation of resources across the Supply Chain, both internally and externally.
About the job
Ensuring timely and correct administration of i.e. Purchase / Transfer/ Work Orders for chemicals and raw materials and sales orders for biodiesel and by-products based on master plans formulated centrally.
Calling off and receiving orders from supplier, customers and transport companies.
Administering orders in ERP system for planning, execution and invoicing (including, customs data, transport data, sector-specific conditions, etc).
Planning and prioritising operations to optimise performance.
Collaborate and effectively communicate within the Supply Chain to make key decisions and prioritise supply issues in a timely, cost effective manner.
Aligns plan with operations and identify short term issues or constraints.
