Summary
PURPOSE: The Administrative QA Assistant coordinates and completes a variety of administrative tasks to support implementation of efficient, sustainable systems. The Administrative QA Assistant also coordinates efforts to ensure department and organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience (Human Services preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

- Ability to travel within the state, as needed
Responsibilities
- Coordinate elevations and communicate with funding sources
- Track timelines and maintain documentation
- Support certifications, renewals, and background checks
- Assist with compliance requests (AHCCCS, MCOs, OIG, CAPs, Health Plans)
- Prepare reports and summaries as requested
- Support Quality Assurance projects and tasks
