About the Role
As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires—guiding them through training, background checks, paperwork, and orientation. You’ll ensure compliance, create a welcoming experience, and act as a bridge between applicants and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Support applicants through training, background checks, and onboarding
- explain company policies & procedures
- Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements
- Provide ongoing virtual and in-person support during the hiring process
- Partner with supervisors to meet staffing needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in HR, onboarding/hiring process, customer service, recruiting or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
- Must be at least 18 and eligible for a DPS fingerprint car
- Bilingual
