We’re looking for a passionate and organized DD Coordinator to support our mission of providing high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy making a difference behind the scenes, this is the role for you

What You'll Do

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor
• Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records
• Attend and support planning meetings with members and families
• Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff
• Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections
• Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Data entry and time management capabilities
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley
• Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card
