They are seeking a full-time Marketing CRO & Automations Specialist to join their team. This role combines technical automation expertise with strong analytical and creative skills in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You’ll work closely with U.S. and Argentina-based team members, collaborating with designers, developers, project managers, and strategists to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that convert.
Job Description
As a Marketing CRO & Automations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing thier marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and reporting tools — while also leading optimization initiatives across landing pages, email funnels, and ad-to-funnel experiences.
You’ll use data-driven experimentation and user insights to increase conversions, engagement, and overall funnel performance. This role blends technical execution with analytical problem-solving, creative hypothesis testing, and strategic recommendations.
Role and Responsibilities
Automation & Technical Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage marketing automation integrations with CRM and other platforms.
- Build, test, and optimize automated workflows, email/SMS sequences, and customer journeys.
- Execute and QA marketing automations across multiple platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Zapier, Twilio, etc.).
- Handle data management processes including lead routing, tagging, API integrations, and MySQL database updates.
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion data to ensure systems perform optimally.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRO strategies for landing pages, emails, and funnels using A/B testing frameworks.
- Analyze user behavior via tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, and Looker Studio to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Create and document hypotheses for tests (headline, layout, CTA, design, offer framing, etc.) and track results.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve the customer experience and funnel flow based on behavioral insights.
- Continuously test and refine page elements, headlines, forms, and offers to maximize opt-in, sales, and show rates.
- Support the creation and maintenance of CRO reports, dashboards, and insights presentations for internal and client teams.
- Apply psychological and UX principles to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report KPIs for marketing automations and CRO tests.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Airtable to visualize campaign performance.
- Interpret analytics data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with management to define performance benchmarks and identify growth opportunities.
Skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and testing abilities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light front-end troubleshooting and A/B test setup.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with MySQL, Airtable, Twilio, APIs, and Zapier (or similar tools).
- Understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $1500-$2000 / month
Type of Work: Full-time remote

Requirements
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM integration.
- 2+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing analytics, or funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated success running A/B or multivariate tests and interpreting results.
- Strong understanding of database management concepts and best practices.
- Ability to think critically and translate data insights into clear recommendations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent attention to detail and QA accuracy.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
