About The Role
Artefact China is excited to invite recent graduates to join our dynamic team in Shanghai as Junior Technical Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical foundations, a keen interest in business problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects across their life cycle while developing client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data consulting projects by helping assess data and technology gaps for use case implementation.

• Support the design of technical roadmaps and data architecture under senior guidance.

• Learn to resolve technical challenges involving data systems and software solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to understand client business needs and propose solution ideas.

• Participate in the implementation of technical solutions developed for clients.

• Help maintain positive client relationships and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Aid in communicating project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Work within cross-functional teams to help deliver project milestones.

• Assist in preparing project documentation including reports, proposals, and technical outlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.

• Internship or academic project experience in data, software, or IT consulting is a plus.

• Basic understanding of data warehouse tools, big data technologies, or cloud platforms (e.g., Ali Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.

• Interest in Machine Learning, AI applications (e.g., LLM, AI Agent) and willingness to learn.

• Eagerness to understand both technical and business aspects of projects.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Industry knowledge or interest in Retail, FMCG, Luxury, or Hospitality is advantageous.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
