Inventory Management
Assist in managing daily inventory operations across multiple locations.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Monitor inventory turnover, stock levels, backorders, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, transfers, and distribution of medical devices.
Collaborate in helping maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
Help Director of Operations implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Help prepare operational reports.
Analyze inventory trends, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
Create dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational performance.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Auditing & Compliance
Perform routine internal audits of inventory, warehouse operations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and medical device industry requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for regulatory inspections.
Assist in preparing for Arthrex audits and inspections.
Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.
Operations & Process Improvement
Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Assist with developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in special projects focused on operational excellence and business growth.
