IT Engineer

Title of Position: IT Engineer

Location: Detroit, MI (One day onsite is required - Every Wednesday of the week in Detroit)

Duration: 6+ Months

Employment: Contract

Rate: $Negotiable

Engagement Description –
Leased resource must be capable to assist technical team in upgrading the systems (Unix, Windows, Liberty servers, JAVA Aps) and must have Java experience.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Unix and Windows Server upgrade and installation
• Liberty Installation and Java version upgrade
• Development experience in Java

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.  Include: 

• Excellent communication in written and verbal
• Project development lifecycle
• Production issue resolution on unix, java and windows environment.
• 5+ years of experience.

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Degree in Computer science or related field.
