As one of New Zealand’s leading retirement living providers, we have a network of 34 resident-led communities throughout the country – each with unique environments that support our residents to live a truly fulfilling life as they age.
Bethlehem Shores is a well-established, and premium, community in the heart of Tauranga known for its luxurious independent living options – and we have been busy developing an adjourning, purpose-built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites.
Now, we need to build a passionate and committed team to support the Care Centre, and its new residents, who will start moving in from March 2026.
Positions available will include Registered Nurses, Wellness Partners (Caregivers), Kitchen Assistants, and Housekeepers. We also need to build a support and leadership team that includes an Administrator, Wellness Leader, Food Services Manager, and Clinical Manager.
