Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional handy-person to join our Maintenance team and play a key role in maintaining our community's buildings and facilities, contributing positively to residents’ quality of life through responsive and supportive assistance.

This role is packed full of variety, where no two days will be the same. The successful applicant will have a maintenance/trade background and be responsible for:

• carrying out scheduled routine checks
• resolving planned and unplanned maintenance issues
• supervising and assisting contractors

• collaborating with others within the community to ensure the premise is maintained to a high standard at all times
