Cafe Manager (Good Friends)

Our cafe is a central hub of our Good Friends community, well-loved by residents and visitors alike. As Cafe Manager, you play a vital role in the well-being of our community through quality food service and great customer care (and excellent coffee!)

You'll be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the cafe, including supply and budget requirements, team management, compliance with our Food Control Plan, and collaboration with other members of the wider team to deliver a first-class experience.

Our Attitude of Living Well approach is an important philosophy at Arvida, and you will work alongside other team members across the organisation to practice and promote ‘Eating Well’, setting goals, and taking steps to meet and maintain our internal gold standard.
