Full-time role, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation at a brand new community commencing at Waikanae Beach.

As Sales Manager, you will, in conjunction with our Village Manager, have responsibility for the end-to-end sales process of our villas (and later care suites) at Waikanae Beach.

This will include jointly managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village. 

We will launch this new community in May with the objective of working with our already strong VIP database to secure presales on Stage 1 and 2 of our new community. We expect demand to be extremely strong. The role will also have a strong ability to connect with various local community clubs and organisations to promote the new community and grow our database

You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community
