Property Manager

As our Property Manager, you'll be a member of our community's leadership team and will contribute to the quality of life of our residents by ensuring our buildings and assets are well maintained (and compliant) through the delivery of cyclical and reactive maintenance.

This role is a true mix of management and delivery, as not only will you be responsible for supervising one on-site maintenance person and managing a network of local contractors, you will also be 'on the tools' when needed.  

Ultimately, your strong maintenance or trade background will ensure you:

• understand Health & Safety and regulatory compliance requirements, including Building Warrant of Fitness
• undertake regular refurbishment projects on a small scale to return spaces to an 'as new' condition
• effectively manage all administration aspects of the role (some experience with a maintenance system would be an advantage)
• efficiently oversee the delivery of day-to-day planned and unplanned maintenance work – on time and on budget

This is a full-time opportunity working across Monday - Friday although there may be an occasional requirement to be available after hours,
