Account Manager/ Client Service

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager/Client Service Representative to join their team. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of branding solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop and execute effective branding campaigns and projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market insights, and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
• Experience working with branding, advertising, or marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in client management within the marketing, advertising, or branding industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
