Our client is seeking a highly motivated and client-focussed Sales Administrator to join their team in Stanford, Western Cape.
Key responsibilities:
· Work full-time, Monday to Friday in the office.
· Build and maintain client relationships.
· Complete all sales processes: including enquiries, design, quotation, order, invoicing, payments, dispatch, and client signoff.
· Interact with clients via phone, email & WhatsApp, meet and greet walk-in clients.
Requirements
· Interior design/Décor/Textile industry experience/interest required.
· Sales experience.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and good with numbers.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
· Hospitality experience is an advantage.
· A tertiary education qualification.
