Job Overview
- Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures manual.
- Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
- Knowledge of the following: restart appliances following power outages; location and operation of fire alarm systems; troubleshoot HVAC system and all dietary equipment; solder and thread pipe; minor plumbing repairs; accurately read basic drawings and blueprints.
- Performs PMs on main exhaust fans, air handlers, and VAV boxes.
- Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.
