Job Overview
- Participates in care planning process and updates for change in condition.
- Completes MAR & treatment record, assuring drug monitoring indicators are identified.
- Assures required lab values are obtained for drug monitoring as recommended by RX.
- Obtains physicians' orders on new residents and completes physicians' order sheet and assessments
- Makes daily rounds to be aware of residents' conditions and environment.
- Informs primary care physician of significant changes.
