We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to lead business development efforts across the Fairfax, VA territory. You’ll be the face of our brand—building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to expand access to our wound care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to grow referral networks and client partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Track performance metrics and report on territory growth and client engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in healthcare sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of post-acute care, wound care, or related clinical services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving results
- Based in or near Fairfax, VA, with ability to travel locally as needed
