Business Intelligence AI Manager

The AOP Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence function enables data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, reporting, data governance and AI innovation across ASICS Oceania. The team partners with all business units and Global ASICS teams to deliver insights, automation and AI-driven business value.

Lead the AOP BI & AI function and deliver the regional analytics, reporting, AI and data strategy. Drive business value through actionable insights, improved decision-making, AI adoption, governance and continuous innovation.

• Lead analytics, reporting and dashboard delivery
• Establish data governance and quality standards
• Drive AI roadmap, innovation and adoption
• Manage BI & AI team capability and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities
• Deliver projects, budgets and vendor management
• Promote self-service analytics and data literacy
• Executive Team, Finance, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, PMO, SST, IT Operations, Global ASICS Data & AI Teams and External Partners
