Title: Product & Partnerships Intern
Location: Bangalore (in-office, 5 days/week)
Duration: 3 months

The Role

This internship gives a front-row seat to how fintech products are built and launched. You’ll help
shape Aspora’s product roadmap, define what we launch next, and support the partnerships that power those launches.

What You’ll Do
● Consumer insights: Run research and interviews to understand diaspora needs and
translate findings into product requirements
● Competitive benchmarking: Map and analyze competitors’ products, features, and
pricing to guide Aspora’s offering
● Roadmap playbook: Help design Aspora’s framework for prioritizing and sequencing
product launches
● Business case: Build financial and market models to size opportunities, assess viability,
and recommend go/no-go on new product launches
● Partner strategy: Identify and shortlist required partners (banks, processors, telcos,
insurers), prepare outreach, and support commercial discussions
● Launch support: Work with product, compliance, legal, ops, and growth to finalize
requirements, align commercials, and prep GTM
● Cross-functional problem solving: Jump in wherever needed to unblock teams on
market analysis, funnel gaps, or operational issues

Who You Are
● A student or recent grad with strong analytical and research skills
● Structured thinker who can take ambiguous problems and break them down
● Strong communicator, comfortable with outreach and partner engagement
● Excel/sheets fluent; experience with financial modelling, SQL is a plus
● Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work hands-on across multiple teams
● Optional: experience in consulting, fintech, partnerships, or market research
