Production Supervisor

Assala Gabon is looking for a motivated Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is a hands-on leader who spends time on the production floor, maximizing process availability whilst reporting accurate production figures and sustaining HSE rules and regulations. This role ensures throughput, yield, and efficiency targets are met.

Key activities

• Supervise, train, and coach production operators, leads, and assistants
• Schedule and coordinate production workflows to meet output, quality, and delivery goals
• Collaborate with Engineering to address equipment or process malfunctions and drive improvements
• Ensure that all activities that are carried out comply with the Assala Gabon procedures, standards and permit to work system
• Ensure all operational registers are up to date as per Assala integrity standards
• Ensure there is a MoC in place for any process change permanent or temporary through eMoC
• Planning and work allocation of the operations staff within the  field
• Chemical, diesel and lube oil procurement & administration
• Maintain Technical Assurance and Integrity,  maximizing planned maintenance compliance KPI’s and uptime of all Field equipment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Operational experience, minimum 5 years in hydrocarbon processing & operations
• Multidisciplinary technical experience and sound technical basis
