The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems plays a critical leadership role in Assent’s technology organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Technology & Data Solutions, this role leads the team responsible for the strategy, governance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds)—a core system powering Assent’s commercial and customer success operations.
The right candidate brings an AI-first mindset and is keenly interested in identifying automation and innovation opportunities through Agentforce and other Salesforce solutions, helping drive smarter, faster, and more connected business processes across the enterprise.
As the owner of Salesforce, the Senior Manager ensures the platform’s stability, scalability, security, and long-term health. The role also provides limited administrative oversight for a small number of connected satellite systems, ensuring alignment and data consistency across the broader enterprise ecosystem. The Senior Manager partners closely with the Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Architecture, and PMO teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, effective integrations, and a scalable technology foundation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Systems team, fostering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage Salesforce platform ownership (Sales and Service Clouds), ensuring stability, scalability, data integrity, and security.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices across configuration, automation, and governance.
- Drive platform modernization through Flow-first and Lightning-first design principles.
- Partner with the Enterprise Integration team to ensure seamless connectivity and scalable integration patterns (e.g., Workato, Salesforce APIs).
- Maintain the Salesforce roadmap, reporting progress and platform health to leadership.
- Oversee vendor relationships, user access, and compliance in collaboration with IT Security.
- Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans, managing backlogs, sprints, and change control processes.
- Deliver measurable improvements in adoption, performance, and automation maturity, aligned to KPIs.
- Champion AI and automation opportunities (e.g., Agentforce) to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet enterprise needs.
