Contract Manager

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Contract Administration & Management

  • Administer all client, vendor, and outsourced staff contracts under Managed Resources.
  • Maintain a central database of active contracts, including service agreements, renewals, amendments, and expiry dates.
  • Track contract deliverables, obligations, and milestones to ensure compliance by all parties.
  • Prepare, review, and process standard contract templates and documentation.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and staffing obligations.
  • Identify contractual risks and escalate potential issues to management for resolution.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with VP (MR), Account Managers, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate contract execution.
  • Act as the point of contact for contract-related queries from internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring contracts are aligned with staff deployment.

 

 

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Generate regular reports on contract status, expirations, and compliance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to contract administration processes.
  • Contribute to policy development and standardization of contract workflows.

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and resource outsourcing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with contract management software/tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or managed services.

 

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of contract administration.
  • Compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Renewal and closure of contracts on schedule.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and reduction in contract-related disputes.
  • Efficiency of contract database and reporting systems.
