Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Manage brand consistency across all presentations, proposals, campaigns, and communication materials.
  • Ensure all materials comply with group branding and visual identity standards.
  • Support internal and external communication activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with technical, BD, and management teams to prepare executive-quality communication assets.

Proposal, Offering & Presentation Visualization

  • Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, proposals, offerings, infographics, dashboards, and marketing materials.
  • Transform technical and business content into visually compelling executive-level deliverables.
  • Create consulting-style slides aligned with international standards and group identity.
  • Support bid teams with proposal formatting, storytelling, and visual structuring.
  • Develop reusable templates, icons, visuals, and presentation assets.
  • Support the preparation and promotion of service offerings and capability statements across targeted sectors and accounts.

Lead Generation & Account Penetration

  • Support lead generation initiatives through digital campaigns, market outreach, and targeted engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities within strategic accounts and target sectors.
  • Develop account penetration strategies and engagement plans for new and existing clients.
  • Support business development teams in market mapping and client intelligence activities.
  • Coordinate marketing activities to increase visibility across priority accounts and giga-projects.

Digital Marketing, Posts & Promotion

  • Create and manage professional LinkedIn posts and digital campaigns to increase market awareness and engagement.
  • Prepare marketing content promoting company offerings, achievements, solutions, and thought leadership.
  • Develop content strategies targeting engineering, infrastructure, digital transformation, and smart city sectors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate engagement analytics and reports.
  • Create marketing content including posts, brochures, videos, promotional materials, and campaign visuals.
  • Support executive personal branding initiatives and strategic market positioning.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Support

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Identify industry trends, client needs, and strategic positioning opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing strategic reports and executive summaries.
