The Role - VIP Flight Attendant – Cessna Citation Latitude

Astonjet is seeking an experienced corporate Flight Attendant to join our team, flying on the sophisticated Cessna Citation Latitude. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional services, managing the aircraft's inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver exceptional, personalised service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.

• Ensure the safety and security of all clients during the flight, adhering to all aviation regulations and protocols.

• Provide high-quality in-flight services, including meal and beverage service, amenity distribution, and entertainment assistance.

• Collaborate with your flight crew to ensure smooth operations and a flawless customer journey.

• Manage aircraft inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure all requirements are met.

• Prepare and organise in-flight services, ensuring all details are meticulously handled prior to each flight, while coordinating with the sales department to address client feedback, special requests, and specific needs for enhanced service experience.
