Job Overview
- Plan, prepare and execute courses according to internal and customer standards
- Provide technical support to the customer in the design of a customized training solution for an specific client during the whole product cycle (from Training Need Analysis until execution of training)
- Develop and validate training material and tools in accordance with the client’s standards
- Ensure the correct use of class materials and training devices during the course
- Prepare and execute assesments in accordance with the client´s standard, procedures and tools.
- Prepare course reports and to notify the superior in the case of anomalies, incidents or anything that might influence future courses
- Be the final responsible of the quality of the training material delivered in terms of technical and pedagogical accuracy.
- Offer technical support to ATEXIS and final client inside its area of expertise
