Ground Segment Systems Engineer (New Missions Onboarding)

We are looking for multiple Ground Segment Systems Engineer (New Missions Onboarding) to complete our consultants Workforce Management Service to support the European Space Agency (ESA) at their location in Harwell, United Kingdom. The purpose of this Support Service is to support the integration of a new Earth Observation Science Mission (e.g., Biomass, FLEX, CHIME, CRISTAL) into operations, from pre-operations activities up to Transfer-to-Operations (TTO), including validation, dry-runs, anomaly handling and readiness reviews.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at the interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Prepare and maintain the Transfer-to-Operations (TTO) plan (milestones, deliverables, stakeholders);
Support integration, dry-runs, validation campaigns and operational readiness checks;
Create and track anomaly reports until closure;
Ensure procedures and documentation are operationally ready.
