Position Overview
ATLAS SP is seeking self-motivated individuals to join its Business Services team providing core day to day support of the Secondary Trading and Originations businesses. This role will engage in the lifecycle management of securities trading, repo financing, including booking and asset management functions. You will collaborate across the Trading, Originations, Risk, Treasury and Operations teams to manage delivery and efficient execution of trading and financing structures.
Primary Responsibilities
This role is heavily integrated within the COO, Banking and Trading/Sales teams assisting with trade capture and lifecycle management
Gain exposure across multiple asset classes within the securitized products landscape
Create and maintain analytical reports for key stakeholders across the business
Lead various initiatives, process improvements and technology enhancements to streamline operational capabilities and create efficiency and scalability
Operate cross-functionally to ensure all downstream processing stakeholders and beyond receive timely and accurate transaction information
Provide internal and external clients premier support services
Participate in new business strategies with regards to pre and post trade execution, accurate front to back flow, risk reporting, remittance coordination and data reconciliations
Qualification and Experience
Seeking a detail oriented, organized candidate with 3-5 years’ experience.
Strong in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity/experience with data analytics, coding languages (SQL, R, Python) and AI tools is strongly preferred. The role requires ability to manipulate large datasets, develop (in conjunction with data scientists and developers) reporting and analytics from these datasets, and understand generally how data flows and is used throughout large and complex models and systems

Base Salary Range
$110,000 - $150,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
