Job Overview
The Global Cash & Bank Partner Operations at ATLAS SP plays a critical role in optimizing the firm’s global operations ranging across bank account and relationship management, operational cash management, reporting and transformation. This role is responsible for system governance, bank and account management, payments execution, reporting integrity, and third-party coordination across a complex, multi-entity structures. The position partners closely with Treasury, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and external banking and fund administrators to maintain strong controls, accurate reporting, and scalable operating processes as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Kyriba Access & System Governance:
Own governance of the Treasury Management System, including user onboarding, role assignment, permissions, approval hierarchies, and signatory maintenance. Maintain segregation of duties and dual-admin controls, partnering with Treasury, Technology, and Compliance to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Reporting, Reconciliations & Data Integrity:
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of cash and bank reporting across systems. Provide functional support to internal users on reporting and system usage. Monitor and resolve reporting issues, including missing accounts, rejected transactions, and variances. Oversee monthly reconciliations between Kyriba, bank statements, and the general ledger, and coordinate with banking partners to resolve missing statements and discrepancies. - Bank Relationship Management:
Serve as primary relationship owner for global banking partners, managing day-to-day engagement, account inquiries, and operational issues. Oversee bank account lifecycle activities including openings, closures, approvals, due diligence processes and structural changes. Lead service reviews and support fee management initiatives, with final decisions guided by Treasury leadership. - Bank Account & Master Data Management:
Maintain accurate and well-governed bank account structures across entities and systems. Own bank account master data within Kyriba, including setup, usage classification, and reporting attributes. Ensure consistency of account data across treasury systems, internal platforms, and downstream reporting. Perform annual and periodic bank account reviews and manage ongoing documentation and certification requirements. - Citco & Third-Party Administrator Coordination:
Act as a key liaison with Citco and other administrators to ensure accurate cash activity, reporting, and reconciliations. Oversee account setup in Kyriba and support issue resolution related to administrator-managed accounts and cash movements. - Payments Execution & Oversight:
Support timely, accurate, and controlled execution of payments across the organization. Monitor daily payment activity and transaction statuses, resolving rejected or held payments in coordination with Treasury Operations. Liaise with banking partners on non-technical payment issues, including regulatory or sanctions-related holds. Ensure adherence to established approval frameworks and internal controls, and drive continuous improvement of payment workflows. - Process Improvement & New Business Support:
Support new business initiatives by integrating new entities and structures into the funding framework; drive process improvements, documentation, and control enhancements to support Atlas’ increasing complexity and scale. - Team Leadership & Strategic Execution:
Develop and lead a high-performing treasury operations team, driving day-to-day execution while contributing to longer-term strategic priorities. Drive resource planning, workflow optimization, and capability development to support business growth, evolving funding structures, and increased operational complexity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Operations within a complex, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience owning treasury system governance, bank account administration, and operational controls
- Strong understanding of bank account lifecycle management, payments execution, and cash reporting and reconciliations
- Proven ability to manage global banking relationships and third-party service providers
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba strongly preferred)
- Strong control mindset with experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset; takes ownership and drives initiatives independently
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
