Join us at Attivo Partners and be part of a team that's shaping the future of finance and accounting for startups. Let's grow together!
At Attivo, AI isn’t a side project — it’s the strategy. And we’re building a role that puts the right person at the intersection of client service and firm-wide innovation.
We’re a tech-forward finance and accounting consulting firm with a genuine organizational commitment to AI-enabled service delivery. We have a foundation in place — an existing tech stack and a thoughtful approval process that keeps us moving with intention — but we are actively looking for someone who will evaluate what we have, bring new ideas to the table, and make a compelling case for where we go next.
This is a true hybrid role: 50% hands-on senior accounting leadership for a focused portfolio of clients, and 50% leading Attivo’s internal AI and workflow innovation work. Your own client book becomes the live laboratory for the workflows you design — what works for you scales to the rest of the firm.
This isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s vision. It’s a role where you help shape ours. You’ll have direct access to leadership, a seat in the conversation, and the platform to drive meaningful change — with the organizational support behind you to actually make it happen.
At a firm our size, your ideas won’t disappear into a queue. They’ll be heard, evaluated, and when they’re right — built.
If you’re looking for a place where deep accounting expertise and AI fluency are both valued, challenged, and put to work in ways that matter — this is it.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on hybrid role, split 50/50 between leading accounting engagements for a focused portfolio of clients and owning Attivo’s internal AI and workflow innovation work firm-wide.
