To support the growing complexity of our legal operations and strengthen contract governance, we are introducing a new role: Contract Coordinator - Paralegal.
This position provides essential administrative and operational support throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and contributing to the efficiency and quality of legal documentation.
In this role:
- You will assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of standard commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, supplier contracts)
- You will help maintain and update the contract database, ensuring proper archiving and version control
- You will track key contract milestones (renewals, expirations, terminations) and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
- You will coordinate the contract signature and approval process in line with internal procedures
- You will support legal counsel with document management and basic legal research when needed
- You will help ensure that contracts comply with internal policies and applicable legal standards
