Job Overview

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and elevating Audemars Piguet’s brand identity and reputation. Your mission is to drive strategic plans for each product collection and deliver a 360° brand experience across all client segments. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure that every brand activation resonates with current and potential customers through integrated marketing campaigns and compelling experiences.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic brand initiatives, translating the Brand Map into actionable plans and narratives that inspire internal teams and engage external audiences
  • Champion consumer and market intelligence, grounding decisions in insights while monitoring trends and competitive activity to keep the brand ahead
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning global and local strategies by partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Regional Marketing teams
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth while modeling an inclusive and innovative culture
  • Act as a creative catalyst, contributing original ideas, challenging the status quo, and shaping breakthrough brand experiences that differentiate the brand
  • Measure and optimize performance, tracking KPIs, analyzing results, and leveraging insights to continuously improve brand health and campaign impact
